My name is Brandon Kilian, but most people call me Kemo.

I got started in the hobby when I was 3 years old with a Kyosho monster truck. After a while, I became more into the hobby and started backyard racing when I was 11 with a Kyosho Outrage MKII against the local Losi guys. Even though they were able to waste me on the straights, they had nothing on me in the turns and jumps. This is what brought me further into the hobby. I hopped into nitro when I was in my sophomore year in high school with a Kyosho Ultima Type R ST and started racing that around my town.

Currently, I am getting back into racing after a 2 year absence of it… I miss it that much. So, this year I have decided to roll with XTM’s X-cellerator and an STS .12 engine. I’ll be running the MN Nitro Series, so it’ll be fun to see where I can push this truck against other pro drivers. All these guys here either run OS or RB, so it’ll be even more fun to show them what this STS can do.

My mission? Spread the word of STS and Racernine.com by turning some hot laps and by word of mouth.
